One Day Seminar on Saturday 13th March 2010

· The proposed theme is “A world without bees?”

· Speakers and provisional titles are as follows.

· “Bumblebees in decline - or (partial) recovery?”

· Max Watkins, Vita Europe

· “Why bees become sick, and what can be done about it”

· Dr Helen Crews, FERA

· “Honey bee research projects – the light at the end of the tunnel?”

· As in previous years, we will have a trade stand selling foundation wax, frames and appliances.

·

· Lunch provided by Mrs Helen Neale and WRVS colleagues.

There may be a changes to the programme or the venue. Watch out for more information in due course.
